How and when your order gets to you.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. In-stock items ship first; made-to-order pieces may take longer and this is noted on the product where it applies.

Delivery estimates

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• United States: 5–9 business days after dispatch.
• Europe, Canada, Australia and rest of world: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves us.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $9 and express is $25. Standard shipping is free on orders over $150. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged on arrival by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping paid at checkout.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
